The following terms and conditions govern our relationship and your access and use of our website.


At Lala, we believe our customers come first! Our Customer Services team is at your disposal. If you would like to exchange your purchased item please reach out to an agent and they will guide you through our process mentioned below.

Domestic Orders:

  • Process of Online Exchange or Refund: Simply notify us of your exchange within 24 hours of delivery date and share tracking details along with your order # and clear pictures highlighting the issue with our customer services team via WhatsApp # +92331-1202228  

  • Validity: All products purchased from www.houseoflala.com can be exchanged only if they are received in a damaged condition, wrong size, and incorrect article within 10 days of the delivery date, no-questions-asked! 

  • Conditions Qualified for Exchange: Articles are qualified for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during photo-shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. Such exchange claims will not be regarded as valid. 

You may choose to use any of the courier service companies. You must share tracking # details within 2 working days of dispatch to our premises.

All shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds only exchange.

Credit card transactions refund policy:  For international customers, we only offer exchanges of articles or voucher/discount codes for future online shopping if they cancel their paid orders.

Order Cancellation:

  • Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed. Lala does not entertain any cancellations once the purchase has been made.
  • After 3 days of placing the order stitched orders cannot be canceled.
  • Lala has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as if the item is out of stock, article found as defective in quality control or the credit / debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Accuracy of Content

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions, and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

Order Acceptance

The acceptance of your order begins with the delivery of an e-mail and subsequent phone call for confirmation of your order contents and relevant details

Acknowledgement and acceptance of order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as earliest as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.


We shall try our level best to make deliveries in the most reasonable time possible. But order deliveries may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations; we do not assume any responsibility for delayed deliveries.

Order Placement

International customers can make payments through bank transfers. The order you place is kept on hold for 36 hours after receiving a confirmation email / call from us about the order and payment details. If you plan to make payment after 36 hours of receiving the confirmation, please confirm with us if the products that you have ordered are still in stock. Lala takes no guarantee of the product’s availability that you had ordered if you are making the payment after the given timeframe. Though our efforts will be to process your initial order, but if any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other product/design/color (within the same price range). We will not be held responsible if there are delays in delivery due to out-of-stock products. If we get no confirmation from the customer, the order might be canceled without any notification. The International order is processed only after the international customer makes the payment.

Customers within Pakistan can place the order online with Cash on Delivery for up to PKR 30,000. Orders above PKR 30,000 will be required to make an advance payment.

Customers are required to pay 100% payment in advance for stitching orders.

Governing Law

Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Karachi (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
